Simple questions can be answered that are likely to come up again and again, such as where your office is located, whether you provide parking, what types of insurance you accept, etc. If you provide the answers to those questions online and in an easy-to-read format, then you can reduce the need for office personnel to spend time addressing those issues over the phone.
