Why do I need sexual harassment training?

Looking for sexual harassment training?

As 2019 comes to a close and the new year is on the horizon, many employers want to ensure all of their employees are properly trained on sexual harassment prevention to meet the training requirement.

Not sure if this applies to you?

If you’re an employer with five or more employees, all of your employees need to receive sexual harassment prevention training. The good news? The Governor of California, Gavin Newsom, signed SB 778 on August 30th, 2019 - effectively extending the deadline for training until January 1, 2021.

HR for Health is here to help you make sure you (and your employees) get the training you need. We'll be adding dates to our training calendar in the coming months. If you want to be notified when a training is coming to a city near you, simply complete the form above and we'll email you when the time comes.

If you're a current HR for Health client and you have questions about the training requirements, you can reach us at 877-779-4747 and selecting option 2.
